How to copy (CC) automated emails to the account owner

This setting sends a copy of every automated email to the Account owner.

To copy (CC) automated emails to the account owner:

1. Click the Settings tab on the menu bar at the top of the page.
2. In the GENERAL card, click Messaging.
3. In the PREFERENCES card scroll down to CC automated emails to the account owner.
4. Select the check box.
5. Click Save changes.
