How to set a course as active/inactive

To set courses as active/inactive you must:

  • be an account owner or an administrator with admin access
  • have a current service contract


If you don’t have a current service contract, speak to your account manager who can create your service contract.


Setting a course/s to active

To set a course/s to active.

  1. Click the Course Library icon on the menu bar at the top of the page.
  2. Click My Courses on the tab bar, then select Inactive to show your inactive courses.
  3. Find the course by filtering, see How to use filtering to find a course.
  4. Click the check box on a course card to select individual courses or click Select all on the Action bar to select all inactive courses.
  5. Click Set selected courses as Active on the Action bar.

Setting a course/s to inactive

        

Note Setting a course to inactive makes it unavailable to your learners.      

Only unused courses can be set to inactive. Unused courses have no learner results. For help setting used courses to inactive, speak to your Account Manager. 


To set a course/s to inactive.

  1. Click the Course Library icon on the menu bar at the top of the page.
  2. Click My Courses on the tab bar, then select Unused to show your unused courses.
  3. Find the course by filtering, see How to use filtering to find a course
  4. Click the check box on a course card to select individual courses or click Select all on the Action bar to select all courses.
  5. Click Set selected courses as Inactive on the Action bar.
