Organisational segments are a flexible way to organise your users into groups based on your organisation structure.
Note Deleting an organisational segment does not affect the user profile field associated with the segment rule.
Caution Before deleting check that the segment is not necessary for user or report filtering, restricting administrator access, Smart Enrolments or linked Documents & policies.
To delete an organisational segment:
- Click the Settings tab on the menu bar at the top of the page.
- Scroll down to the Elsewhere information section on the right of the page.
- Click Organisational segments to show the list of segments.
- Choose a segment and click the Delete button on the right.
- Click OK to confirm.
