How to remove Administrator access

Administrator access can be removed from a user without affecting their learner status.


To remove administrator access:

  1. Click the Users tab on the menu bar at the top of the page.
  2. Click Administrative Users to show the list of administrators.
  3. Find the administrator by filtering, see How to use filtering to find a user.
  4. Click the arrow on the right of the user’s details to show the menu.
  5. Select Remove access.
  6. Select OK.


The user’s administrator access is removed immediately.
