Continuing Professional Development (CPD) refers to the learning activities employees engage in as they work. CPD is measured as a number of hours or points.
iHasco is an accredited CPD training provider (reference 1557) and all our training is designed to provide one CPD point/hour per course based on the estimated duration given at the start of each course.
CPD is calculated for:
- An individual learner - shown on a learners Report Card see How to access a learners training history
- The total number of learners - shown on the Dashboard see How to monitor overall compliance
