Error: Media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem/network or server failure

This article explains what to do if you have an Error Media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem/network or server failure error message shown when accessing training.

Problem

When a learner accesses a training course video the Learning Management System (LMS) shows an  Error Media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem/network or server failure error message.

Cause

This error occurs when domains required for video playback are blocked.

Remedy

Tell your training administrator.

Authority

To fix this problem the training administrator will need to read Domain inclusion list for more information on the domains which need to be included and make the necessary changes.
