How to add my organisations branding

These instructions are for our "version 2" branding.

Add your organisation’s branding to the LMS by uploading your logo, poster and accent colour


Add a logo

The logo is shown on the register/log-in page, throughout the learner Atlas pages and on course certificates. The image must be at least 100px square and have a file size no greater than 1024Kb.

To change your branding logo:

  1. Click the Settings tab on the menu bar at the top of the page.
  2. In the ADD-ONS card on the left of the page click Branding.
  3. Scroll down to the LOGO card.
  4. Click Upload logo to open your local file search application.
  5. Navigate to your poster file, select the filename and click Open.
  6. To create a link from your logo to your website, type your website URL in the Logo website link box.
  7. Click Save changes.

Add an accent colour

The accent colour is used throughout the learner Atlas pages. To change your branding colour:

  1. Click the Settings tab on the menu bar at the top of the page.
  2. In the ADD-ONS card on the left of the page click Branding.
  3. Scroll down to the COLOUR card.
  4. Click the colour bar to show the pop-up colour palette.
  5. Choose your brand colour.
  6. If you have Red Green Blue (RGB) or Hue Saturation Luminosity (HSL) values or your brand colour, type these numbers in the corresponding boxes on the bottom right.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Check the colour bar shows your brand colour and click Save changes.

Add a text colour

Choose a Light or Dark colour to suit text that is shown on top of your accent colour and wallpaper.

  1. Click the Settings tab on the menu bar at the top of the page.
  2. In the ADD-ONS card on the left of the page click Branding.
  3. Scroll down to the TEXT COLOUR card.
  4. Select the appropriate colour.
  5. Click Save changes.

Add a message

You can set a message that will display on the Atlas dashboard.

  1. Click the Settings tab on the menu bar at the top of the page.
  2. In the ADD-ONS card on the left of the page click Branding.
  3. Scroll down to the MESSAGE card.
  4. Add your message in the text box
  5. Optionally add a link to visit when the message is clicked
  6. Click Save changes.

Add wallpaper

Wallpaper is shown on the registration/log-in screen and partially on the Atlas dashboard.

We recommend a resolution of 1920px by 1080px. The file size should be less than 1MB.

  1. Click the Settings tab on the menu bar at the top of the page.
  2. In the ADD-ONS card on the left of the page click Branding.
  3. Scroll down to the WALLPAPER card.
  4. Click Upload to open your local file search application.
  5. Navigate to your wallpaper file, select the filename and click Open.
  6. Click Preview to see an example of the Atlas screens with your wallpaper applied
  7. Click Clear to return to step 4.
  8. Click Save changes to upload your wallpaper.
