How to enable/disable Two Factor Authentication (Beta)

Modified on Fri, 16 Feb 2024 at 10:02 AM

Note You may not have access to this function because it is currently in beta stage of development, that means it is undergoing testing and feedback by clients involved in our beta programme.

Two Factor Authentication (2FA) provides an additional layer of protection for your data. To learn more, see What is Two Factor Authentication.

Note 2FA Passcode from user’s email is ON by default.

To enable/disable 2FA:

  1. Click the Settings icon on the menu bar at the top of the page.
  2. Scroll down to the Advanced card.
  3. Click Security and scroll down to the Two Factor Authentication card.
  4. Select one of the options.

Caution iHASCO strongly recommends you enable 2FA to secure your data.

  5. Click Save changes.
